We know visiting a new church can be intimidating.
What should I wear? Do you have coffee? Where do my kids go? We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel right at home when you visit.
What type of church is Overflow?
We are a Spirit-filled, Presence-based Church. At Overflow Church we are committed to the simplicity of creating a place for God’s Presence, living life together as a community, and reaching out with God’s love to make a difference in the lives of others.
When and where are the services?
We have service on Sunday mornings at 10am in downtown Montgomery. You can find us at 9361 Montgomery Road, Suite G, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
What should I wear?
We have no dress code for attending service at Overflow Church. Some people are dressed up while others are casual. Most people you see ministering will be wearing jeans so wear whatever you are comfortable in.
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive at an Overflow Church service, you will enter through the brown double doors. A friendly smile from one of the greeters will point you to the coffee and you can check your kids into kids’ church. Our chairs are something you would find in a living room, so be sure to test out a few and find your favorite before service starts.
What is service like?
We start our services with a time of passionate praise and worship focused on experiencing God’s Presence. Once worship is over, we will share a few announcements about what’s happening at our church then continue our worship through an opportunity to give in an offering. Most weekends, our Senior Leaders, John and Brandi Belt will preach. Our services close with a brief time to respond to God through worship and ministry time.
What about my kids?
Overflow Kids provides an amazing opportunity for your kids to experience God in an age-appropriate way. A team member will register your children and give them a name badge with a parent pick-up tag. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or special requirements during the check-in time. At the end of the service, simply show your parent pick-up tag to the team member with your kids and your children will be released to you.
